The hotel had a convenient location, close to the airport and offered parking, making it easy for me during my business trip. the staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They allowed me to check in early and even accepted a parcel for me. the rooms were clean and the housekeeping team was always available to provide extra supplies.

the wifi was only available in the lobby areas, which was inconvenient as I would have preferred to have it in my room.

The hotel is conveniently located near bus stops, providing easy access to transportation. It is also close to the motorway and Manchester airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers. Additionally, there are shops and restaurants nearby, offering plenty of options for dining and shopping. The room had nice clean bed linen and towels, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bathroom was also satisfactory, with a good shower. The reception staff were pleasant and responsive.

The hotel's furniture was quite old and worn out, impacting the overall ambiance and comfort of the room.

Friendly and helpful staff, always with a smile. Clean rooms with cozy heating. Good breakfast provided. Comfortable bed, despite my partner's opinion. Positive experience for future visits.

I'd give it more than 3 stars, everything was perfect. The room was tidy for the internet in the rooms, had wake-up service, that's cool. Lots of facilities like: tea/coffee making equipment, a TV and a seating area.

The location of this hotel was very convenient as it was close to public transport links to the city center and also in proximity to various shops and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were satisfactory and I particularly appreciated the availability of super-hot water for a relaxing shower. Additionally, the breakfast provided at the hotel was a nice way to start the day.
